We understand.  Projects have pressures and there is a desire to avoid project scope creep.   However a failure to build a solution the right way may deliver what the project required but cause operational issues after the project closes down.  

Our proven technical assurance audit will look at your organisation's IT strategy, work closely with your project(s) to assess their designs and help provide you with an assessment on how closely these are aligned.  Alternatively we can provide ad-hoc reviews, from solution designs to wider programme transformations.  We can then work with you to collaboratively propose next steps.
